2、 The water used in the washing section of the insulating glass production line is recycled for the maintenance of the water channel system. The water stored in the water tank shall be converted in real time to ensure the texture of the washing water. The texture of water directly affects the cleanliness of the outside of the flat glass. In addition, it is advocated to wash the water tank once a month, and check the water spraying situation of the water spraying pipe from time to time. If there is any blockage, it should be cleaned in real time.
3、 Maintain the air duct system, check the operation condition of the fan on schedule, and shut down for maintenance in case of very loud noise. Wash the filter grid of the air inlet on schedule to reduce the air suction resistance and the cleanliness of the outside of the glass after air drying.
4、 The maintenance filter of the airway system shall discharge water on schedule, the oil mist shall be refueled, and the operation condition of the air compressor shall be checked on schedule. If there is a very loud noise, it shall be stopped immediately for inspection. The pressure of guarantee system is 0.6-0.8mpa
5、 The maintenance and management situation of electrical components has a great impact on electrical components, because their instincts have changed little due to the long-term utilization and the influence of temperature, humidity, vibration, dust and other situations.
