The main factors affecting the quality of insulating glass equipment are the selection of raw materials and manufacturing technology. The quality of raw materials will directly affect the quality and service life of insulating glass. At present, there are three kinds of insulating glass in China: grooved aluminum single channel seal, grooved aluminum double channel seal and composite sealant strip insulating glass. Trough aluminum single pass seal has been gradually eliminated because of its poor sealing performance and easy moisture entry, resulting in glass condensation and frosting and short service life.
After the glass material is given, such as ordinary flat glass or tempered glass, the breaking strength of the original glass sheet is determined according to the glass strength design theory. The glass produced by the insulating glass machine is composed of two (or more) pieces of glass, and the surrounding seal forms a sealed air layer. When one side of the insulating glass is loaded, the glass on the stress surface deforms and compresses the gas in the insulating layer, the gas pressure increases, and part of the load is transmitted to the other side of the glass. Therefore, in the gas sealed state, Insulating glass is that two pieces of glass bear the load together, and the two pieces of glass deform at the same time. Insulating glass is two or more layers of flat glass, which is made of aluminum frame filled with desiccant and bonded with butyl wave and polysulfide glue.
The original glass for manufacturing insulating glass equipment can be colorless float glass, coated glass, tempered glass, laminated glass, etc. The use of ordinary flat glass shall be avoided. The transparency and strength of ordinary flat glass cannot meet the requirements. The original glass sheet must meet the requirements of corresponding standards and can be used only after passing the inspection.
Before cutting different batches of glass from different manufacturers, first check whether there is color difference, and use the glass with large color difference in different projects or different building facades. The glass cutting size shall be strictly implemented according to the requirements of the drawing. At the same time, the operator shall pay attention to the glass surface without obvious defects such as scratches and bubbles.
Selection of aluminum strip and insertion angle: the thickness of aluminum strip shall be between 0.30mm and 0.35mm, the thickness shall be uniform, and the vent holes shall be evenly distributed. Aluminum strips must be anodized or decontaminated. Products with good quality and high grade must be selected to improve the utilization rate of aluminum strips. The size of the insertion angle shall be selected and the surface shall be cleaned.
