First, the raw materials need to be guaranteed, and then look at the procurement budget of sealant and structural adhesive. Good materials naturally produce good finished products. So what else should we pay attention to before that?
1. First check that the water in the water tank of insulating glass processing equipment is sufficient, then turn on the water pump and adjust the water spray pipe above the white sponge roll to ensure that all positions of the sponge roll can be flushed. Then clean the impurities and dirt on the sponge roller by hand. Note that when opening the insulating glass production line in winter, do not open the cleaning transmission first, because opening the transmission without being soaked will cause the sponge roller to be torn.
2. Then open the cleaning conveyor, place the hollow glass to be processed on the conveyor wheel, and pay attention to the glass must be placed stably to prevent the glass from falling and hurting people during transmission.
3. Butyl glue applied on the aluminum spacer strip shall be uniform and applied on the whole surface of the aluminum strip to prevent glue leakage and burr. And it adopts excellent butyl glue to ensure that the aluminum strip and glass stand together firmly. It is forbidden to stick dust on the aluminum spacer after coating.
4. The two-component sealant shall be applied firmly and the surface shall be smooth, especially at the corners to prevent air leakage and air escape.
