針對零散客戶，初始投資比較少的話（包括家庭作坊式小加工點）一般選擇臥式設備，主要包括臥式玻璃清洗干燥機、臥式玻璃加熱輥壓機（復合膠條式中空玻璃必選）、丁基膠涂布機、旋轉涂膠臺、鋁條切割機、砂帶玻璃磨邊機和合片臺等輔助設備。
