上述玻璃原片必 須符合相應標準要求，經檢驗合格后才能使用。不同廠家不同批次的玻璃在切割前應首先檢查有無色差，將色差較大的玻璃分別用于不同的工程或不同的建筑立面中。

玻璃切割尺寸應按圖紙要求嚴格執行，同時操作人員應注意玻璃表面，不得有劃傷、氣泡等明顯缺 陷。鋁條、插角的選用：鋁條的厚度應在0.30mm～0.35mm之間，厚度應均勻一致，透氣孔分布均勻。鋁條須經陽極氧化處理或去污處理，一定要選用質量好、檔次高的產品，提高鋁條利用率。
